Mission
Related Ross Foundation works to ensure that the growth of West Palm Beach benefits the whole community — that opportunity reaches everyone, and no one is left behind.
Our work centers on the revitalization of the Historic Northwest District, Coleman Park, and Pleasant City neighborhoods, carried out in close partnership with their residents.
Journey
The mission of Related Ross Foundation builds on the foundational legacy of Related Ross. For more than 25 years, Related Ross has helped transform West Palm Beach into a vibrant, connected, and culturally rich urban center.
This legacy now includes significant philanthropic investments in upcoming projects such as the Cleveland Clinic Hospital and Vanderbilt University’s new campus in Downtown West Palm Beach.
These transformative efforts reflect Related Ross’s vision of an opportunity-rich city and underscore the urgency of Related Ross Foundation’s mission to ensure all residents can share in that future.

Focus Areas
Related Ross Foundation focuses on the Historic Northwest District, Coleman Park, and Pleasant City.
These historically Black neighborhoods are rich in cultural heritage, community pride, and resilience. Philanthropic engagement in these communities must be shaped by the voices of residents and guided by a deep historical legacy that calls for preservation, equity, and long-term partnership.
